About these terms

These Terms of Service ("the Terms") govern your use of Nodal Hospitality ("the service"), operated by Nodal Marketing Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. They took effect on 29 September 2026.

The service

Nodal Hospitality is a software-as-a-service platform that connects your point-of-sale systems and review sources, displays your revenue and operational data in dashboards, and provides an AI assistant that answers questions about your own business data.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect to the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or discover data belonging to other customers of the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source code of the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.

Third-party integrations

The service integrates with third-party platforms including POS systems (Loyverse, Keeta) and, optionally, Google (Google Analytics and Google Drive). These integrations are provided as-is and may change or break independently of us, as they depend on APIs and terms controlled by their respective providers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any third-party platform and that doing so complies with that platform's terms.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other users. Upon closure, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
